Welcome to Kitzone. This website (including any linked mobile experiences, emails and social media pages) is provided by Kitzone (“we”, “us”, “our”) as a service to our customers and visitors.

By accessing or using the site you agree to this Legal Notice and to all policies linked in our footer (including Privacy Policy, Returns, Shipping, and Cookies). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Intellectual Property & Content Use

  • All site content, including text, photos, product images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and code, is the property of Kitzone or our content partners and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may view, download, and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify the content and retain any copyright/trademark notices.

  • Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, public display, or derivative works are prohibited without our prior written consent.

  • Club names, crests, league names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference is for descriptive purposes only.

2) Colours, Images & Product Representation

We try to display shirt colours, detailing and fit as accurately as possible. Variations may occur due to device screens, lighting, supplier updates or batch differences. Minor colour or print variations are not considered defects.

3) User Submissions & Reviews

We may allow you to submit content (e.g., photos, reviews, comments, social tags).

  • You confirm you own or control the rights to your submission and it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.

  • By submitting content, you grant Kitzone a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content in any media, including for marketing.

  • We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.

4) Accounts, Security & Acceptable Use

  • Some features (e.g., order history) may require an account. Keep your login secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

  • You may not use the site to: violate laws; infringe others’ rights; transmit malware; scrape or overload our services; or attempt to bypass security.

  • We may suspend or terminate access without notice if these terms are breached.

5) Orders, Pricing & Availability

  • Placing items in your cart does not reserve stock. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock errors, pricing mistakes).

  • Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice. If a pricing or stock error occurs after purchase, we’ll contact you to confirm, amend, or refund.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer to prevent abuse of offers or bundles.

6) Payments & Security

Payments are processed by trusted payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your full card details are not stored on our servers. We use TLS/HTTPS and PCI-DSS compliant processors. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7) Shipping, Customs & Risk of Loss

  • Dispatch and delivery windows shown on site are estimates. We aim to dispatch within 24–48 working hours and provide tracking by email.

  • EU orders: generally move freely within the EU. USA orders: most personal imports under USD $800 are typically duty-free; local taxes may apply. Other regions may be subject to local duties/taxes.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address or collection point specified in your order.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Faults

Our Returns Policy forms part of this Legal Notice. Headlines:

  • 30-day returns for unworn items with tags and original packaging.

  • Personalised shirts (name/number/patches) are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact support@kitzone.co with photos,  we will replace or refund in line with our policy and applicable law.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant completeness, reliability, or error-free operation.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitzone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the site.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Your statutory rights (including consumer rights) are not affected.

10) Third-Party Links & Services

Links to third-party sites (e.g., carriers, social media, payment processors) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

12) Intellectual Property Complaints (Takedown)

If you believe material on our site infringes your IP, email support@kitzone.co with:

  • Identification of the work claimed to be infringed;

  • The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material;

  • Your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief and accuracy.
     We will investigate and respond promptly.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

This Legal Notice and your use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia (assumed place of business) without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Skopje shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to their venue. If you operate from a different jurisdiction, tell us and we’ll update this section.
