1) Address Accuracy (Important)

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check street, number, postcode/ZIP, city, country.

  • If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address and returns to us, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price (original shipping is non-refundable unless our error).

2) Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

3) Delivery Estimates (after dispatch)

  • European Union: 3–7 working days

  • United States: 7–12 working days
    Notes: Peak football weeks, adverse weather, local holidays, or customs checks can add 1–3 working days.

We use reliable carriers and local postal partners. Actual carrier will appear on your tracking page.

4) Tracking & Delivery Attempts

  • Your tracking link is in the shipping email and in My Account → Orders (if you created an account).

  • Carriers typically make one or more delivery attempts. If no one is available, parcels may be taken to a nearby collection point (e.g., parcel shop or post office).

  • Collection windows are usually 5–7 calendar days (varies by carrier/country). Uncollected parcels return to sender.

5) Recipient Absent / Pickup Points

If you miss delivery, use your tracking link to see pickup location and deadline. If a parcel returns to us after the hold window, we can reship (postage may apply) or refund the item price.

6) Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If delivery fails because the address was entered incorrectly:

  • No further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

  • On return, you may choose reship (with correct address; postage may apply) or refund of item price.

  • We cannot refund shipping costs where the addressing error was not ours.

7) Customs, Taxes & Import Notes (International)

  • EU orders: No customs within the EU; prices shown include VAT where applicable.

  • USA orders: Personal imports under USD $800 are generally duty-free; state sales tax may be collected at checkout where required.

  • If you are asked to pay unexpected fees, please contact us before paying with your order and tracking number. If fees arise due to our error, we will reimburse on proof of payment.

8) Delays, Lost Parcels & What We Do

  • If tracking does not update for 7+ days, or the carrier confirms loss, we will reship or refund—your choice.

  • During exceptional events (strikes, extreme weather), tracking may update slowly—use the link for the latest scans.

9) Split Shipments

To get part of your order to you faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking emails where applicable.

10) Damage in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening, then the item.

Email kitzoneinfo@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right (replacement or refund) and handle the carrier claim.

11) Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

Current rates and any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and in the cart free-shipping bar. Fees are calculated by destination and service.

12) Changes & Cancellations (Time-Sensitive)

Need to fix an address or size? Email/WhatsApp us within 2 hours of purchase (working hours) with URGENT, your order number, and the change. Once dispatched, we can’t alter the address, but we can help with returns/exchanges.

13) Agreement
